Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you love the items you purchased from Milky Mustache. If you are not satisfied and would like to return an item:

• Please notify us if you would like to return an item. Our return policy is within 14 days after you received your items. When you return your purchase after those 14 days, unfortunately then we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. 
• Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition as how you received it and be in the original packaging. Items should arrive within 14 days after you notified us of your return.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return

- Please email hello@milkymustache.com to let us know which items you would like to return.
- Pack the unwanted items along with the proof of purchase document in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

KINDLY NOTE: If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to refund any orders which get lost.
