Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you love the items you purchased from Milky Mustache. If you are not satisfied and would like to return an item:

• Please notify us if you would like to return an item. Our return policy is within 14 days after you received your items. When you return your purchase after those 14 days, then we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. 
• Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition as how you received it and be in the original packaging. Items should arrive within 14 days after you notified us of your return.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your purchase to us and not to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

When we received your returned item we will check it and notify you by email. Then we will let you know if we approve or reject a refund.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email hello@milkymustache.com.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should send it to:

Milky Mustache, Burgemeester Wesselingplein 7, 1411 SH Naarden, The Netherlands.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
