Shipping

Due to most of the international brands that we are selling, the shipping time may vary
between 5-10 business days.
We are doing our best to get our products to you as soon as we can.
We are a small business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide.


What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands - Delivery to The Netherlands is charged €4,95 per order.
EU - Delivery to the EU is charged €9 per order, depending on the country.
USA - Delivery to the USA is charged €19,95 per order.

PLEASE NOTE: If the total weight of the parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee may be charged. We will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg. 


What to do when a parcel has not arrived?

In that case please contact us by email: hello@milkymustache.com. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you, or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.

If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
